Eligibility Criteria
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Refunds will only be processed in cases where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact our support team at eushop.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp +923332346338 within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and supporting images/videos if applicable. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 Days through the original payment method or store credit.
Non-Refundable Items
Used, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund. Items without original packaging and tags, as well as clearance or discounted items, cannot be refunded.
